Nurse (RN/LPN) — Day Shift | FT, PT, and PRN

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $36–$40/hr depending on experience

What You’ll Do
You’ll be an essential part of each patient’s treatment experience, providing around-the-clock nursing care to individuals receiving treatment for:
- Substance use disorders (including detox and withdrawal management)
- Eating disorders
- Mental health diagnoses
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments and monitoring medical stability throughout the shift
- Administering medications, including narcotics, using sound clinical judgment
- Utilizing standardized tools including CIWA, COWS, and RASS scales
- Communicating client concerns and changes in condition to providers
- Documenting thoroughly in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Supporting clients through de-escalation and therapeutic engagement
- Performing blood draws, urinalysis collection, and vital signs as ordered
- Completing admission and discharge paperwork
- Participating in treatment team meetings and monthly nursing meetings
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in Michigan (required)
- Current CPR/BLS Certification (required)
- Prior experience in substance use disorder or eating disorder treatment (preferred)

- Proficiency with EMR systems and general computer programs
Physical Requirements
